Nouveau logo, nouveau site : Circle joue à fond la carte de la com’

Circle a dévoilé début mai 2021 ses nouvelles couleurs. Le cabinet, né en février 2019, présente un nouveau site internet et un nouveau logo.

Ils sont le fruit d’une mission de refonte de marque confiée par Circle à Laurent Vincenti, associé de l’agence Yuma et auteur de nombreuses refontes de marques de groupes tels que Total, BNP Paribas, Attijariwafa bank, Peugeot ou Air France.

L’ambition du nouveau logo, un C en mouvement permanent, et du site, qui se veut plus premium, est de mettre les deux pieds dans le plat de la communication, dont les cabinets de conseil en stratégie ne sont pas adeptes, préférant systématiquement demeurer en coulisses.

Circle, qui prône le tutoiement interne, invite à venir en sneakers au travail et défend une culture familiale, entend, là aussi casser les codes. « Les cabinets de conseil en stratégie partent généralement du principe que leur image repose principalement sur leur histoire, que l’expertise prime sur tout, et qu’ils n’ont pas besoin de travailler leur image de marque. Je suis, au contraire, convaincu que le statut ne suffit plus pour convaincre tant les futurs collaborateurs que les clients et que communiquer sur la philosophie et les convictions d’un cabinet est devenu essentiel », plaide Augustin van Rijckevorsel, le CEO et fondateur de Circle, interrogé par Consultor.

Le nouveau site, qui met en bonne place l’analyse de légitimité comme sa méthodologie phare (le cabinet fait la promesse à ses clients de circonscrire clairement leur périmètre de légitimité, et leur faire connaître jusqu’où il pourrait être entendu), doit servir de carte de visite, pour attirer recrues et clients.

Cette refonte intervient après celle de Square, groupe de conseil en management, propriétaire à 100 % de Circle – refonte qui avait déjà été pilotée par Yuma.
